A panel made up of real estate brokers, architects and developers got together and discussed which features add value and what direction the various parts of the market are heading.

They agreed that-
1- It’s difficult to assess the impact of a green building on price per square foot but many buyers especially millenials are asking about the amenities and types of paint and materials used in construction
2- Foreign buyers favor the Fifth ave address over Park avenue and want to be as close as possible to the Park.
3- Apartments below $5mm are still moving quickly.
