Maitenance charges are reasonable given the amenities at about $1.30 or so per square foot. The location is ideal because Central Park is your front yard with the area known as “The Pool” right in front of you as well as one of the largest swimming pools in the NYC Parks system also within a 5 minute walk. In the winter it is known as Trump Lasker Rink. This is a wonderful area to have a little dog because from 9pm to 9am, they are allowed off leash. You will find many dog owners in Central Park walking their canine family members. Currently, there aren’t any apartments offered for sale here.
